The NHE MTC Exam was specifically designed to test a wide range of exercise science and nutrition-based comprehension levels. NHE Physical Wellness Consultant (PWC)
Min Expertise: B.S. exercise degree (e.g. exercise physiology/science), Five years professional experience (full-time).
Cost: $3,750 per cardiovascular- six month program (aerobic/anaerobic); $3,750 per nutritional consult- six month program.
ASR*: 58 percent**

NHE Exercise Physiologists (EP-MS)
Expertise: MS exercise/health/sports degree (e.g. exercise physiology/science), Five years professional experience (full-time).
Cost: $5,000 per cardiovascular- six month program (aerobic/anaerobic); $5,000 per nutritional consult- six month program.
ASR*: 70 percent**

NHE Exercise Physiologists (EP-PhD)
Expertise: Doctorate exercise/sports degree (e.g. exercise physiology/science), Five years professional experience (full-time).
Cost: $7,000 per cardiovascular- six month program (aerobic/anaerobic); $7,000 per nutritional consult- six month program.
ASR*: 82 percent**
Enrollees: Minimum 4 Employees and/or FF per organization***

*ASR (Average Success Rate). Based solely on results achieved by clients who properly executed both cardiovascular [aerobic and anaerobic] and nutrition programs [totality of all wellness plans]. The ASR of those clients who did not properly execute the totality of all wellness plans was 8 percent, regardless of service provider. The component of academic substantiality and its effects on the quality of all wellness solutions is the primary contributor to ASR values.
